3. Adult Enrichment

A wide variety of programs for adults, although most courses are suitable for those ages 16 and up.

If the class you desire is full, please add your name to the waiting list.
We often times are able to secure additional spots and use the waiting list feature to fill those spots.
We will contact you if/when a spot opens up!
 
Community Education works in cooperation with other districts to expand our choice of activities.

55+ Classes

Includes 55+ Defensive Driving Program Refresher (4 hours), 55+ Defensive Driving Program (8 hours), Dementia Friends, Senior Living Options, Importance of Socialization as We Age, Normal Aging vs Aging with Dementia, Chair Yoga and Medicare A-D. 

Adult Fitness, Martial Arts & Aquatics

Includes Fit Camp, Aikido Ages 12+, Pilates/Yoga, Plyometrics & Intense Fitness Training, Fitness Cardio Kickboxing, Self Defense for Women, Kettlebells for Women, Introduction to Tai Chi, Pickleball. SSRT/Super Slow Resistance Training and Walking Program.

Computer and Technology

Includes: Beginning PC Computers, Intermediate PC Computers, Discovering the iPads Basics, iPads: Exploring Beyond the Basics, Great Apps for the iPads (Mostly Free), Simply Organized Photos, Videos and Digital Files and Introduction to Canva

Cooking & Foods

Includes Gluten Free 101, Fondant Cake, Valentine Cookie Decorating, Instant Pot Soups, Stew and Chilli, Pasta, Pasta, Pasta, Basic Cake Decorating, Cheese Making 101 and Cake Decorating Class

Creative Inspirations
