Aikido, a Japanese martial art, includes sword, staff and hand-to-hand techniques. Aikido principles are based on harmonizing your mind and body with a partner’s attack. People of all ages, sizes and abilities can practice Aikido.
There are no tournaments or competitions. Aikido builds sincere people through mental and physical discipline.
