This class was originally scheduled from 10am-12pm but is now moved to 1-3pm
Whether you are new to clay or have some experience, you will be able to work on throwing on the wheel with art teacher Melanie Pattay. We will start with the basics of throwing small Tea Bowls, medium sized Bowls, and then small Plates. Three sessions will be spent working on throwing pieces, and the final session is reserved for painting your pieces in a watercolor style. It’s a 3D and 2D experience! Items are fired after the final class and will be available for pickup at the Community Education office at the Sauk Rapids-Rice Middle School. Pick up date/time will be communicated with participants.
