Plyometrics & Intense Fitness Training
Modeled after boxing, wrestling, football and military training, this class is one tough hour. During class you will be jumping boxes (plyometrics), jumping rope, running mini obstacle courses, playing catch with medicine balls, walking with weight plates, flipping tires as well as performing push-ups, sit-ups and wind-sprints. This class is for all levels of fitness.
