Nordic Walking - Posture, Balance and Fitness

With poles in hand Nordic walkers realize a more upright posture, challenge their body and improve their overall fitness. The lifting effect of the poles decreases the stress on lower joints reducing pain while the natural rhythm of walking with poles increases the workout without feeling like you've exerted yourself. Experience the fitness for yes and fun of Nordic Walking for yourself with Linda Lemke aka the Nordic Walking Queen. Poles will be available for use during this class. Wear good walking shoes and dress for the weather as we will be doing outdoors.
