Join us for a focused, skill-building Track Hurdle Camp designed to develop speed, technique, and confidence over the hurdles. This 3-week camp meets twice a week and is ideal for athletes of all levels—whether you're just starting or looking to fine-tune your form for competition. This camp will focus on: Proper hurdle form and body mechanics, Acceleration and rhythm drills, Starts and hurdle clearance, Conditioning and flexibility for hurdlers, Individual feedback and technique development
Led by Sauk Rapids-Rice High School Varsity hurdle Coach Gary Foss, this is a great opportunity for high school athletes to elevate their hurdle skills in a supportive and energetic environment.
