Farms can be exciting places, but they also come with risks. Whether youth live on a farm or have never stepped foot on one, our Farm Safety Day will provide valuable knowledge to help them stay safe, informed, and prepared when around farm equipment, animals, and machinery. This engaging, hands-on event will feature interactive demonstrations, including a grain bin extraction rescue, a skid loader crushing demonstration, PTO shaft safety, and large equipment visibility and stopping distance awareness. Youth will also learn essential skills in safe animal handling and chemical safety, ensuring they understand potential dangers and how to prevent accidents.
