This program is intended for athletes who are signed up for the summer Storm Training Program. It is a way for them to familiarize themselves with the High School Weight Room, learn the routine, and get a majority of their testing done before the first day.
This program is designed to mirror what some of the top programs in the country are using to help develop fast, athletic, explosive, and healthy athletes. Sessions will be shorter and speed will be emphasized in all aspects. Athletes in the Storm Training Program during the Summer will spend two days per week in the weight room and two days outside of the weight room working on speed and acceleration.
