This camp is designed to teach the Sauk Rapids-Rice core wrestling fundamentals and techniques.

*All grade level requirements are for the 2024/2025 School Year.

All participants should wear shorts, a shirt, headgear, and wrestling shoes preferably. If you do not have wrestling shoes, please bring clean tennis shoes.
