Athletes will be coached by Sauk Rapids-Rice Track & Field Coaches in basic and intermediate technique for both the shot put and discus. Athletes will be provided with an implement to use during the camp. Throwing shoes are optional. T-shirt included.
*All grade level requirements are for the 2024/2025 school year.
