Intro to Fitness At-Home Workout

The Intro to Fitness Guide is a six-week program with light cardio training meant to increase your heart rate and burn calories while incorporating full-body resistance training. This guide is meant to help you shed unwanted weight, build muscle strength, and gain confidence.
This six-week guide is laid out into two-three week phases. Each phase requires four workouts per week containing cardio and a bodyweight resistance training circuit. As you go through each phase the cardio will increase as will the intensity of the circuits. Each workout includes video instruction for reference to each exercise.
