The Intermediate FIT Guide is a six week program with moderate cardio training meant to increase your heart rate and burn calories while incorporating resistance training to each muscle group. This guide is meant to help you shed unwanted body fat weight, build muscle strength, create toned body image and gain confidence.

This six week guide is laid out into two three-week phases. Each phase requires four workouts per week containing cardio and resistance training exercises. As you go through each phase the cardio will increase as should your weight used each week. Each workout includes video instruction for reference to each exercise.
