In this class learn the techniques to make homemade artisan bread and focaccia bread. The art of making bread comes from its ingredients and skill of the baker. Learn about artisan bread making and the skills required to produce a loaf with amazing flavor, proper texture and artisanal beauty. You will make both an artisan loaf and a focaccia loaf in this class. All supplies will be provided.
